The staff were friendly. They brought our luggage to the room, nice because we explored before check-in. complimentary vouchers for the coffee shop next door became a good touch! we only received two days' worth for our three-night stay. We expected one each day. the steep stairs might be a barrier with mobility issues.

The window barely opened, and the carpet outside the bathroom got wet after showering! there was a bad smell in the bathroom upon arrival, and the water in the jug seemed stale. we should have anticipated the stairs. They were difficult.

mixed experience at this hotel.

street noiseuncomfortable cushions

i noticed a lot of noise coming from the street. the windows did not block it well. the shower lacked a screen. water went everywhere. there also weren't enough places for clothes. the cushions felt uncomfortable. they seemed filled with old foam.

I could leave my luggage early. They carried my luggage to my room while I was out. I got free breakfast and coffee from a cafe close. The area was very nice and safe. I choose a Large Double Room.

The water bottle was never refilled . The tea setup was poor.

I found the location excellent with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. The staff downstairs in the restaurant were both helpful and friendly upon my arrival. I received vouchers for a cafe across the road which was a lovely touch. The hotel provided bikes and I rode them every day.

The staircase was quite narrow, made carrying my luggage a bit challenging.
